We are excited to gather together during our upcoming Easter Sunday outdoor service on April 4th. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the details below before this worship service!

All members and guests may plan to attend this service without needing to confirm attendance or register in advance. Invite your friends, family, and neighbors to join us! Only one service will be held on April 4th, and a livestream will not be available.

Map:
We have provided a map below to show you how the space will be set up for the worship service. Take a moment to look it over so you know where to go!

Arrival:
The service will begin promptly at 10:30am, but you may begin arriving anytime after 9:30am! Please arrive no later than 10:10am, as it will take several minutes for you to park and settle in for worship.

Parking, Shuttle, & Drop-Off:
We will utilize most of the Upper Parking Lot for the service, so parking on the church campus will be very limited. Parking attendants will be available in each parking lot to assist you.

  • The Upper Parking Lot will be reserved for handicap parking.

  • The Lower Parking Lot will be reserved for guests, older members, and volunteers.

  • All others should plan to park at Manor Hill Elementary School and ride the church shuttle to the building.

Seating on the bus is limited, so those parking in the shuttle lot should plan to drop their family and gear in the Upper Parking Lot before catching the shuttle from Manor Hill.

The shuttle will begin running at 9:30am and will make its last run at 10:20am, so you must arrive at Manor Hill before 10:20 in order to catch the shuttle! The shuttle will resume once the service ends and will run until 12:30pm.

Seating:
Please bring lawn chairs, picnic blankets, umbrellas, canopies, or anything else you will need to sit comfortably during the worship service. You may sit in the grass of the Mission House lawn or on the paved parking lot. Arrive early to claim your preferred spot!

COVID-19 Requirements:
Because we will remain outdoors for the duration of the service, masks are not required, though you are welcome to wear one if desired. Please practice social distancing when seated or socializing.

Coffee Station & Worship Guides:
Coffee will be served from 9:30-10:20am. Worship Guides with the order of service and song lyrics will also be available, so be sure to pick one up at the coffee station.

Lord’s Supper:
We will observe the Lord’s Supper together during the worship service! A few members will carefully prepare and pour the elements, and we will have a gluten-free option available. Those who partake of the Lord’s Supper will approach the table as directed, pick up the elements, return to their seats, and then wait to take the elements together once everyone has received the elements. If you need to remain seated during the Lord’s Supper, we will have people available to bring the elements to you. While we expect this process to take some time, we anticipate it will be meaningful and encouraging to take the Lord’s Supper as a church family again!

Afterwards:
At the conclusion of the service, we encourage everyone to stick around and fellowship with members and guests alike! In addition, if you are able, please help tear down briefly at the conclusion of the service so that everyone can enjoy the time of fellowship.

Bathrooms:
If needed, please plan to use the bathroom upstairs in the lobby of the church building.

Weather Plan:
At present, April 4th is forecasted to be a beautiful day, with sunny skies and a high around 70. While we anticipate mild weather, please remember sun safety tips: use sunscreen, wear a hat, and drink plenty of water. Should the weather forecast change between now and then, please know that we plan to gather rain or shine. If the weather becomes unsafe, we will provide a single livestream at 10:30am for everyone to watch from the safety of their homes. Please pray for good weather so that we can meet as planned!
