When Do You Meet?
Equipping Groups | 9:30am
Equipping Groups exist to equip believers for life and ministry. In Ephesians 4:12, Paul encourages pastors to equip Christians so that they can do the work of the ministry. In other words, he wants believers prepared to live in this world as faithful disciples of Christ. The purpose of Equipping Groups is to work toward this goal. These groups function like classes where one or two teachers instruct others on a particular topic or Bible passage. For a list of the classes we are currently offering, please click here.
Worship Gathering | 10:45am
The gospel of Jesus Christ is central to everything we do. So every Sunday we recall and celebrate what Jesus has done for us through his life, death, and resurrection. Our corporate Worship Gatherings include elements such as singing and public prayer, as well as reading and preaching the Scriptures. Our goal is to make much of God and hear him speak to us through his Word.
Where Do You Meet?
What Should I Expect?
You can expect our weekly worship gatherings to be simple and centered on Jesus. They include basic, historical elements such as congregational singing, corporate confessions and prayers, the reading and teaching of Scripture, and the practice of the ordinances, Baptism and Communion.
Also, don’t expect us to put you on the spot. We promise we won’t single you out during the service. However, you should expect someone from the church to try to connect with you. We will encourage you to fill out a Connection Card, which is just our attempt to get to know you better. But please only fill out as much information as you feel comfortable. Regardless, we promise no spam or surprise visits.
From 9:30am-10:30am, we provide Sunday School classes for children of all ages. We would love to teach your children during this time while you attend an Equipping Group.
We also provide Extended Teaching Care during our worship gatherings for children between the ages of 0-4. For your child’s safety and your peace of mind, we conduct background checks and train all of our volunteers. We also provide a security tag for your child and ask for the parent’s portion of the security tag before releasing any child for check-out.
We don’t have a dress code, so you should wear whatever feels most comfortable. Most people who attend dress casually, but regardless of what you wear, you will be welcomed. God is much more concerned with the loyalties of our hearts than He is with the clothes on our backs.
If you’re a guest, we encourage you to park in a guest parking space which is located in the Upper Parking Lot. From there, it’s a straight shot to the Worship Gathering entrance as well as to the Childcare Entrance if you need to drop off your little ones.
